This place is tranquil and the staff at the reception desk are very friendly, with an amazing location right by the sea wall.

Generally, greatly enjoyed this quaint accommodation with very amiable staff at the reception desk. The room was tidy, new-fashioned and had an air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The beds were comfortable, the food was tasty.

Stayed at the Koh Ngai Cliff Beach Resort for a short holiday and had a fantastic experience. the staff at the reception desk were super friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my room, which was clean, well-kept, and uniquely designed. the modern interior of the room added a touch of luxury to the stay. the location of the resort was ideal, offering a perfect escape from the beach crowd. Certainly the best option for accommodation on Koh Ngai.

With its spacious twin rooms, the resort provides a private bathroom featuring a shower. I felt like a pampered celebrity, as if staying in a luxurious suite. The staff's experience in project management really showed in their impeccable service and attention to detail.

Fantastic location in the forest, the rooms were individual and neat. the view of the beach and coast off the island was exceptional. - the staff helped us with luggage. - the hotel was really close to the ferry as well as the beach accessible by a longtail boat.

Booked this place for our trip and it met the purpose, its marvelous remote location was a plus.

Prepare to have your mind blown by the jaw-dropping view from the poolside, perched high on the cliff! Every bungalow offers a gorgeous view. The rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. The staff are exceptionally professional, helpful, and friendly. It's the perfect location with a private beach, great snorkelling, and a bar with live music. Can't ask for more!
